today at work

Hey baby i love you i miss you!! so today i revamped the blog, gave it a shot, if it doesnt work or you don't like it just tell me and ill revert it :) im certainly any good at designing :) baby work was hard, everyone who has been there an amount of time is frustrated for picking up slack of a few select newer people. i was everywhere i did everything and i pulled my hair to get out on time baby. i placed new rules in effect starting today: no phones or mp3's on their behalf, any time they leave other than their designated task they Must report to me or a member of managment, no leaving the line during the truck unless in dire emergency, and everyone needs to respect each other... i stopped everything today as we were pulling the truck and had a meeting with them. it hurts that i have to be so strict yet its sadly become neccesary. i love you babe. today i was so strict, i was stern yet had to be compassionate. no joyful playing around or smile. just business.  sad it had to come to that today baby.
My day:
Woke up 15 minutes after 3 o'clock
set up truck, paperwork, get the truck rolling
\two trucks: a 1900 and a 1700 peice truck
first truck: had the new guy throw it and we were finished 15 after 6... only 15 minutes late, not bad. not great,
sent them off to break as i and my manager casey set the next truck
Second truck: carl volunteered, fairly consistent pace as he threw it, yet the small 1700 turned into a disaster, we had full sized airconditioners roll off the line, about 60 pounds each: we ended up with 7 pallets of airconditioners as i stacked every single one.
second truck done at 8:30 only 30 minutes late.

that pretty much set the day, the two new guys walk around lazily, constantly taking "bathroom breaks" checking phone and pretty much do nothing, another employee edward fuels their pace with his constant complaint of never being payed enough for the work... i have never been racist ever, but needless  to say i should point our their all black and think im a slave driver.
while pulling the frieght i noticed they walked outside to their car, i talked to shaun to set the meeting and shaun and i asked where they have been and blatently lied saying they were helping a customer. they were hanging out in their car.... baby im babysitting these two new guys and their slack reflects on me :( its stressful baby but all i can do is pray. the Lord  has been good to me for allowing to be in the position of leadership, ive learned so very much. its not a dictatorship, but a leading of example. i miss you, tday wore me out babe, i crossed this finish line with a crash landing. i love u baby thank you for the encouragment today baby it ment so very much. tebya leblyu i missest u :) patrick says hi :) i say hi :) muah baby girl
